Cheung is a cop living with his mother and two brothers and a sister. He has a girlfriend but they soon breakup because he simply cannot stand her bossiness. He later gets to know a neighbor girl, Ming, who has come from China to live with her uncle in HK and they start dating each other. During a trial involving his brother, Cheung is acquainted with Kiu, the head juror who helped convince the jury to vote in his brother's favor. They soon become good friends.
